TrustBuilder Mobile Authenticator offers two-factor authentication for safe and seamless access.

This app can be used to access services supporting authentication through TrustBuilder Mobile Authenticator.

Registration flow:

* Install the app on your smartphone or tablet

* Scan the QR code you receive from the application that you want to authenticate for. This QR code contains a reference to the server you will need to connect with.

* Key in the pin you received for the application you want to authenticate for.

* To make authentication even easier, you can also activate fingerprint, using the fingerprint stored on your device.

* Next time you want to access the application, you can scan the QR code and choose between pin and fingerprint. This works both for application on your PC and for apps on your smartphone or tablet.

Extra features:

* As a user, you can connect multiple devices, for instance a smartphone and a tablet. For each separate device, you will need to follow the registration flow described above.

* The browser you authenticate with, remembers the last user. When logging in to the application, you can use a button to send a push notification to your device. You open the push notification and can authenticate through your pin or your fingerprint. No need to scan a QR code, making authentication even faster. If you have multiple devices, the push notification will be sent to all devices.

* When you lose or change your device, you can deactivate that device through device management on the server. Should someone find your lost device (and happen to know your pin), the device can no longer be used to authenticate.

More secure:

* Our solution uses asymmetric cryptography for ultimate security.

* Users need to register each device separately. Secrets cannot be exported or copied to another device. Thanks to this principle of device binding, the application always knows what device was used to authenticate.

Permissions:

To scan the QR code, you will need to give permission for use of the camera.
